President

My name is J. Rob Pietruszka, I’ve been President of the Progressive Construction Group since we opened our doors as Progressive Poured Walls in 2006.

I oversee the business functions of the 4 companies within the Progressive Construction Group, Progressive Poured Walls, Progressive PreKast, Progressive Piling & Engineering and Progressive Sitework.

I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my kids sporting events, boating and going to the gym.

Chief Financial Officer

My name is Kristy Pietruszka and I have served as the CFO of Progressive Construction Group since 2013.

I specialize in financial reporting, but I am also responsible for overseeing many executive functions of the business.

I’m inspired daily by my two kids and enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing at the lake and traveling.

Division Manager for Progressive Poured Walls

My name is Shad Cubbison and I am the Division Manager for Progressive Poured Walls [PPW]. I assist with the excavation and poured wall portions for PPW, as well as scheduling, production, and logistics.

I am an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoy all sorts of fishing.

Member and Principal Engineer

My name is Jason Kabbara, I am Member and Principal Engineer for Progressive Piling and Engineering with licenses to practice in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

My expertise is in the field of geotechnical engineering, deep foundations, and structural design.

I enjoy spending time with our five kids, playing tennis, being out in nature, and traveling.

Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Progressive Construction Group

My name is Michael Whelan and I am the vice president of sales and business development for Progressive Construction Group.

I work directly with ownership to increase and improve sales efforts company wide, as well as expand upon the services we offer. In addition to ownership, I work collectively with other members of Progressive Construction Group to increase sales, improve upon the quality of the services we provide, marketing efforts, daily operations, and ensuring we are properly staffed. My duties also include managing our precast division, Progressive PreKast.

I enjoy camping with my wife and children and going to all the activities they are involved with.

Accounting Manager

My name is Greg Studer and I joined Progressive Construction Group in 2025 as an Accounting Specialist.

I specialize in accounting and financial support functions, helping ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency across day-to-day financial operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my kids play sports, and camping.

Project Engineer (Progressive Piling & Engineering)

My name is Vedant Shirke, and I work as a Project Engineer at Progressive Piling & Engineering.

I am actively developing my skills in geotechnical engineering and structural design.

In my free time, I enjoy camping, fishing, exploring new places and trails, and playing video games with family and friends.

Estimating Manager

My name is William (Bull) Lane. I am the Estimating Manager for the Progressive Construction Group. I have been with the company since 2014.

I have a wonderful wife and two fantastic children. We like to spend our free time enjoying movies, vacationing, and spending time on outside activities.

Office Manager 

My name is Jennifer Wolf and I am the friendly, organized force behind 's smooth day to day office tasks, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. With 15 years in dynamic office settings, I excel at managing facilities, supporting staff, and creating positive atmospheres.

Outside the office, you'll find me camping with my family as well as doing anything crafty.
